By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. Use of the App

Coach Kai provides tools to help users log meals, track calorie intake, generate recipes, and receive nutrition-related insights.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App
• Use automated tools to extract data from the App
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect limited information necessary to provide core functionality of the App, which may include profile information (such as name, age, and gender), meal logs, recipe data, uploaded food images, and related nutrition inputs.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

Coach Kai is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routines.

You acknowledge that any actions taken based on information provided by the App are done at your own risk.

5. Accuracy of Information

Nutrition data, calorie estimates, recipe suggestions, and other content provided in the App are estimates and may vary based on brand, preparation, portion size, or user input.

We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of all data or calculations within the App.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Coach Kai may offer paid subscription plans ("Coach Kai Pro") that provide access to additional features.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• May be managed or canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable app store provider.

We do not directly process subscription payments. All billing, refunds, and payment-related matters are handled by the applicable app store in accordance with their policies.

Pricing may change from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the next renewal period in accordance with applicable app store rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, graphics, text, logos, software, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Infinite Token Lab and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Token Lab and its affiliates, officers, employees, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

This includes, without limitation, reliance on nutrition information, data loss, device issues, or subscription disputes handled by third-party app stores.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Subscription cancellation must be completed through your app store account settings.

11. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without notice.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
